I absolutely loved the cozy and elegant decoration in the hotel's lobby and common areas. The soft colors and comfortable furniture created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible with well-maintained ramps and wide corridors, making it convenient for me to navigate around.

I would have appreciated better assistance from the staff, who seemed inexperienced and lacking in knowledge. A more attentive and respectful attitude towards senior guests like myself would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.

The room of place was well laid out and good sized with a shower. Amazing and favourable location, it was walk from a subway station. Bar Bss Burgers was located 10 minutes walk away.

This is a new hotel, everything is still fresh there. Nice view and facilities on the 8th floor. The location is not the best but more quite than in the very center.

Reception staff is not friendly at all, they did not give any explanation of the available facilities, answers to my questions were rude. I experienced a lot of problems with simple accounting documentation you could easily get in another hotels.

I chose this hotel for attending to a appointment because of its excellent meeting facilities. The multi-functional meeting rooms were spacious and well-equipped, allowing me to host my event with ease. The revamped wine cellar was also a great place for smaller gatherings. The multi-purpose premises provided flexibility and versatility for different types of meetings and events.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have a designated area with computers, printers, and other office equipment readily available for use.

I chose this hotel for a training session and was impressed by the multi-functional meeting rooms, which easily accommodated our group of 350 people. Perlina di Castello's wine cellar was perfect for smaller parties and meetings. The venue's versatility allowed for a seamless experience.

The only thing I missed was a dedicated business center for printing and other office tasks.

Wow, the junior suites at Original Sokos Hotel Olympia Garden were like a dream! The rooms were so spacious and luxurious, and the private saunas were an amazing touch. As a business traveler, I definitely felt like I was pampering myself in these incredible suites.

For me, the only downside was that the private sauna was a bit too hot for my liking. But hey, that's just my personal preference, and I'm sure others would love the steamy heat.

sokos hotel exceeded my expectations during my stay in saint petersburg. the location was convenient, close to the subway station and surrounded by nice restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. i especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the fast wifi.
